Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY - We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to make necessary adjustments to your schedule. EB Glo requests 24 hour notice for adjustments and/or cancellations to your appointment. In fairness to other patients and to EB Glo staff, the following is required: A credit card to secure your appointment. $100 no show fee for failure to notify EB Glo of any change to your appointment. As a courtesy, we will send you a confirmation text message 24 hours prior to your appointment date. Please ensure that we have your current contact information on file to receive confirmation text messages.
